How to Cut a Whole Chicken...Chicken Dismembering LOL!

This weekend we made chicken chili from whole chickens. I thought I would record a brief tutorial on how to properly and EASILY cut up a chicken. As you will hear there is a slight disagreement in my home as to what chopping up chickens should be called. Since CHOPPING them is incorrect I started calling it dismembering them it just sounded more humane, but that does not seem to be the correct terminology either so.. Cutting them is what we have settled on! LOL! I hope you enjoy the video!
